It's nice to see jelly beans getting some of the press they deserve, as the world's best candy. The NYT is running a story today about how robust Jelly Belly is, despite a generally stagnant candy market. My mom and I went on a tour of the Jelly Belly factory in 1997 and, let me assure you, it is everything it promises to be. Pictured here, in all its industrial glory.
